INSIDE Walinga Changes afoot A New Manager and a New Product Demonstrate Our Commitment to Customer Service H ere at Walinga we always have www walinga com Fall 2019 11 our sights on easing the challenges our customers face and helping make your work more effi cient So we are happy to announce two developments that help meet these goals the promotion of long time Walinga employee Kevin Vanderzwaag as manager of our aftermarket parts and services team and the introduction of a new portable Ultra Vac Kevin Vanderzwaag Heads Aftermarket Parts and Services Kevin Vanderzwaag comes to the helm of our aftermarket parts and services team after 25 years with Walinga where he most recently served as a leader of our quality assurance program There he developed and implemented our ISO 9001 2015 quality management registration with the International Organization for Standardization This registration demonstrates our ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer needs and regulatory requirements and also ensures that we have processes in place to continually enhance customer satisfaction and adapt our quality system to changing statutes and regulations Completing this registration was a challenging task but Kevin proved that he was up to it ee New portable Ultra Vac
